TERMS

Terms of use

Last updated: May 20, 2026 · v1.0

These terms govern your use of wardenclyffe.ai — the marketing and documentation site for the Wardenclyffe AI Engine software. Use of this site means you accept them.

Scope

These terms cover the site you're reading. The software itself — every file in the engine's source repository — is governed by the Business Source License 1.1, not by this page. The hosted plan, if and when we open one, will be governed by a separate Hosting Service Agreement signed during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Read the site, share links to it, quote excerpts, send the link to a friend. Don't:

Forward-looking statements

Roadmap items, performance numbers measured in our own environment, the comparison matrix at #compare, and the feature inventory at #features reflect a snapshot at publication. We don't warrant their accuracy at any later date. The First Signal chip in the hero is shorthand for "we just turned this on; the production track record will accumulate from here." Treat marketing claims as marketing claims, not as a contract.

Trademarks

Wardenclyffe AI Engine is a trademark of ProjectThunder.com, Inc. The license to use the source code does not grant a license to use the trademark, the Wardenclyffe logo, or any "Powered by Wardenclyffe" badge. The engine repo's docs/brand-usage.md explains what's allowed under common-law / BSL terms vs. what requires a separate brand-usage permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectThunder.com, Inc. disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the site itself and any content on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectThunder.com, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed $100 USD. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

If we update these terms materially, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
