Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible. No third-party ad trackers, no fingerprinting, no selling your data. This page tells you what we do collect and why.

What we collect

• Contact / waitlist form submissions. When you submit the form on this site, we receive what you typed: email (required), company or project (optional), free-text message, and any utm_* parameters present in the URL at submission time. We use this to reply to you and to remember the conversation context if we follow up later.
• Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, traffic sources, and rough device classes (desktop / mobile / tablet). It is cookieless and does not use any persistent identifiers, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. No consent banner is required because no cookies or similar storage are ever set. The data Cloudflare collects on our behalf is aggregated and not sold or shared.
• Server logs. Standard HTTP request logs at our hosting provider — path, status code, IP, user agent. Retained briefly for operational reasons (rate-limit decisions, debugging, security incident response). Not used for marketing or shared with anyone.

Where waitlist data goes

The form posts to a small endpoint we operate at /api/waitlist. From there, submissions are forwarded to whichever email-service provider we have configured at the time — either Loops or Resend — so we can reply to you. Optionally, a one-line notification fires to our internal team chat (Pushover or Discord) so we don't miss it.

What we don’t do

• No third-party advertising trackers.
• No retargeting pixels.
• No fingerprinting libraries.
• No selling your data. Ever.
• No tracking cookies. The site does not need any to function.

Removing your data

Email privacy@wardenclyffe.ai from the address you submitted (or include enough context for us to identify the record) and we'll delete your row from our records and from the downstream provider within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, email the address above and we'll delete the record on receipt.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and post a note in the changelog of our GitHub repository. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
